Photo Friday

Happy snowy Friday everyone! Actually, the snow is pretty much melted by now, but Lewis was very excited last night to step outside and see the big fat flakes starting to fall and gather on the grass, and as soon as he was out of bed this morning he was requesting to go out in it. (A good idea actually because it was a sunny day and it melted quite quickly. We went out a little after 8:30 and by 9:30 a good portion of it was already disappearing.)

Fall seems to have sped by us and we are now going head-long into holiday season. Thanksgiving in just a few weeks, the stores full of ridiculously early Christmas stuff, people on Facebook posting about listening to Christmas carols already… I love Christmas,  but I’m trying to block out all the Christmas-y stuff and focus on Thanksgiving for now. I should probably come up with some turkey-themed crafts to do with Lewis now that I think about it.

Anyway, some photo-cuteness! I nice mix of Fall and our first glimpses of Winter.

Last night after dinner Lewis demanded "Play Skylanders game. Play Skylanders game. Yes play Skylanders game!" so he got to sit and play with Daddy while Mommy took the opportunity to have a nice relaxing shower.

His main objective outside: Eat all the snow!

Once he had eaten enough he discovered that it is fun to throw snowballs at walls, sidewalks, and trees and watch them shatter!
